Our investments fall within the range of SEK 1-10 million per investment over the course of an investment cycle. In many cases, we syndicate with other investors such the National Swedish Industrial Development Fund (Industrifonden) when larger amounts of capital are required. Our network within venture capital makes it possible to construct different syndication solutions based on the unique circumstances surrounding a particular project.
Pegroco Invest does not limit itself to just one area of investment. At present, our investment portfolio consists of several projects within the energy and cleantech sector, in which he have extensive expertise. Our prerequisite for each potential investment is that we have access to advanced industrial expertise, and that we see an opportunity for Pegroco Invest to make a positive contribution to the company through our own expertise.
Pegroco Invest invests its own financial resources. This means we are free from the limitations that come with fund financing and are not bound by any particular time restriction.
Companies in our target range are most often already established on the market and have sales of SEK 50-300 million.
