Pegroco Invest invests in businesses with considerable change potential in order to enable an accelerated growth.
Our typical investments, with a few exceptions are between 1-10 MSEK (0,2-2 MUSD). In several cases, we are syndicating together with other actors whenever larger investments are required. Our extensive network within the Private Equity/ VC industry makes it possible to combine different types of financial soultions in order to customize the best solution for a specific project.
We do not focus on any particular investment areas. However the portfolio currently represents several investments within Energy & Environment where we have unique competence. Prior to engaging in a project we always secure the availability of deeper industrial know-how within the specific market, if we do not have it already in-house.
Because Pegroco Invest invests from our own balance sheet, we are not dependent on fund limitations. This allows us a higher degree of flexibility both in terms of time and scope than conventional alternatives.
Target companies are usually established on a market and have a turnover between 50-150 MSEK (10-30 MUSD).
We place a great deal of emphasis on the role of the entrepeneurs. Usually it is our requirement that key persons are co-investors together with us in order to get full alignment in our joint “journey”.
